If you go to the page "Application“, you will find detailed information on the personal data collected during the application process. The online application is password protected. The use of your personal data is restricted to the selection process of applicants to the scholarship programme. Once the selection process is completed, the data in the protected area of the online application site will be deleted within a period of six weeks, the IP address final, and subsequently will be stored on an internal server. Any data connected to unsuccessful applicants is irrevocably deleted three years after the last call for applications within this program. The data of participants in the program is stored internally for the purposes of internal program evaluation and documentation according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Article 6:1.
